About the Job
This role involves a mix of IT support, network administration, DevOps, and cloud computing, making it an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and international environment.

Your Responsibilities
- IT Support & Network Administration – Configure and maintain NAS systems, set up VPNs for secure remote access, and troubleshoot network issues.
- System Administration – Provide day-to-day system administration support, manage Windows & Linux environments, and ensure optimal system performance.
- DevOps & Web Services – Install, configure, and maintain Docker & microservices to support software and internal tools in Azure & AWS.
- Client Support – Provide remote and onsite technical support across the Americas, resolving network, software, and system configuration issues.
- Collaboration & Communication – Work closely with the IT team in France, support local clients, and liaise with the product team to ensure seamless operations.
- Security & Data Management – Implement security best practices, manage backups, and ensure data integrity across systems.
What You Bring
- 3-5 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or network administration.
- Proven experience with NAS systems, VPNs, Docker, and Windows & Linux environments.
- Experience with data management, security protocols, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams.
- Fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
