PaleoScan™'s Waveform Classification functionality is a powerful tool for interpreting and mapping seismic facies with much more detail than traditional time and amplitude attributes.

Automatic seismic facies classification detects subtle changes in seismic response quickly and with minimal effort. This method allows for the effective and accurate prediction of changes in subsurface lithology, bed thickness, rock properties, and fluid content.
