Regional Sales Manager (Brazil)

We are seeking a full-time hybrid Regional Sales Manager in Rio de Janeiro to drive commercial growth, lead regional teams, and strengthen client relationships across the LATAM South Cone.

About the Role

This is a full-time hybrid position for a Regional Sales Manager based in Rio de Janeiro, RJ. The role includes both remote work and regular in-office presence as needed.

As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and managing client relationships across the LATAM South Cone region. A key part of this role is leading the regional Sales, Support, and Technical teams, ensuring alignment, motivation, and performance across functions. You will play a critical role in setting priorities, guiding execution, and fostering collaboration between departments.

This is both a strategic and hands-on position that requires strong leadership, an understanding of the energy and geoscience space, and a genuine commitment to client success.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead sales efforts and manage the commercial strategy for the LATAM South Cone region.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive account growth.
  • Lead and support the regional Sales, Support, and Technical teams.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., Product, Marketing) to align sales goals and client needs.
  • Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and demos.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings.
  • Monitor performance metrics and contribute to forecasting and reporting.

What You Bring

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management.
  • Previous experience leading teams or cross-functional groups.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive and innovative attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Solid knowledge of Seismic Interpretation, Geosciences, and the Energy sector.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PipeDrive (or similar CRM tools).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Geosciences, Petroleum Engineering, Business, IT, or a related field.
Nice to Have
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills — experience supervising cross-functional or commercial teams.
  • Prior experience in the oil & gas or energy tech sector is a strong advantage.
