We are looking for a Geoscience Intern to support the business development and technical outreach efforts behind our flagship seismic interpretation software, PaleoScan™, based in Rio de Janeiro. In this role, you will work at the intersection of geoscience and commercial strategy, contributing to client-facing technical demonstrations, user support, and the delivery of training initiatives across Latin America. This position is ideal for a geoscience student or recent graduate eager to apply their subsurface knowledge in a dynamic, client-focused environment while gaining hands-on exposure to the energy industry’s leading interpretation technologies.

About the Role
Location: Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
Type: 6-month internship, with possibility of extension
Your Responsibilities
- Support the preparation and execution of software technical demonstrations
- Assist users with activities related to seismic interpretation in PaleoScan™
- Help organize technical materials and presentations
- Contribute to business development initiatives across Latin America
- Support technical trainings and workshops
What You Bring
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Geology or Geophysics
- From the 6th semester onwards
- Must have completed a Stratigraphy course
- Interest or involvement in the seismic field (courses, projects, research, etc.)
- Completion of the PaleoScan™ e-learning program – (a certificate may be requested during the selection process)
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of seismic interpretation
- Experience with PaleoScan™
- English and/or Spanish
